Abstract |
Medulloblastoma is the most common posterior fossa tumor in children. Hemorrhage of medulloblastoma is very rare. Moreover, hemorrhage of medulloblastoma that is seeded along the spinal cord has never been reported. We report that spinal seeding of medulloblastoma presenting with quadriplegia due to tumor bleeding and discuss the cause of hemorrhage. |
