Spinal intradural neurilemmoma or schwannoma is a rare, solitary, and encapsulated benign tumor of the nerve sheath (Schwann's cell) origin which has a good prognosis if it is diagnosed and removed early. In a few cases, multiple intradural schwannomas have been reported as an isolated finding having no association with neurofibromatosis. Most of the multiple schwannomas were found to have association with neurofibromatosis We report a case of intradural multiple schwannomas of a 39-year-old woman without any evidence of neurofibromatosis.
