In this article, authors provide Evidence-based guidelines for hemodynamic management for having better neurologic outcomes in spinal cord injury patients. Also, Dr. Michael G. Fellings (Toronto, Canada) and Dr. James David Guest (Miami, USA) provide editorials for the important issue in spinal cord injury “Appropriate Timing for decompression surgery in spinal cord injury”. Dr. Arun Kumar Srivastava and colleagues (Lucknow, India) provides evidence of C2 ganglion preservation in craniovertebral junction surgery. Authors proclaim that the study fails to show any statistical signifi¬cance, surgeons should always start with an ‘intent’ of preservation of C2 ganglion as the func¬tional outcome is better. Victor E. Staartjes (Zurich, Switzerland) has contributed an article entitled “Robot-guided transforaminal versus robot-guided posterior lumbar interbody fusion for lumbar degenerative disease” In this article, Dr. Staartjes provides clinical information of robot assisted lumbar fusion surgery.
