Dear Spine Surgeons and Researchers,

We are very proud to announce that Neurospine (http://www.e-neurospine.org) is launching a new project to publish a special edition in March 2019. Our first special edition will be devoted to endoscopic spine surgery (ESS). In this special edition, we hope to present information and insights from the long history of the technical development of ESS and its current status, as well as future directions. 
Neurospine is honored to organize a dedicated editorial team for this special edition:

Title: Endoscopic Spinal Surgery (ESS): Preparing to Reach the Age of 100 in Happiness and Good Health!

Endoscopic spinal surgery
Endoscopic spinal surgery has been steadily progressing, and as we continue to move towards an aging society, it has become an axis of spinal therapy that helps promote a healthier and happier life.
However, there is still a need for further investigation of the results of endoscopic spinal surgery, including its results, problems, and solutions. The intensive research on endoscopic spinal surgery presented in this special edition will help us prepare patients to reach the age of 100 in happiness and good health.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Endoscopic cervical, lumbar, and thoracic discectomy
  • Endoscopic cervical, lumbar, and thoracic decompression
  • Uniportal and biportal endoscopic spinal surgery
  • Epiduroscopic approach for degenerative spinal disease
  • Endoscopic or endoscopic-assisted fusion surgery
  • Endoscopic-assisted spinal surgery
